Gary is the Founder and CEO of Thryve Wealth Management, where he oversees the firm's vision, mission, and strategic direction. Previously, he served as President at Strive Wealth Management, and before that he led One Capital's Family Office Business as Managing Director. Prior to these roles, Gary was a Managing Director and Partner at Beacon Pointe Wealth Advisors. With more than 30 years of experience in investment management, he has played an innovative role in the financial services industry, developing wealth management platforms for several major institutions. He has held senior positions at Lincoln Financial Advisors and Robertson Stephens and drove the west coast expansion for Sanford C. Bernstein. Gary earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Santa Barbara, focusing on Business Economics and Political Science. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the LEAP Foundation and has previously served on the boards of the Santa Barbara State Street Ballet and Santa Barbara Middle School.

Before joining Thryve Randol was the Chief Investment Officer of Strive Wealth Management, with primary responsibility for all aspects of the investment platform serving the firm’s wealth management business.

Prior to joining Strive, Randol was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at One Capital Management where he led research and investment strategy across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and currencies on $7bn in assets.

Before that, Randol was founder, principal and lead portfolio manager at C-Quadrat UK, a London-based international high net-worth asset management boutique with Euro 1.1bn in assets.

Prior, Randol was Executive Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, where he led and managed the Global Convertible Bond Funds internationally with $1.5 bn in assets.

Randol graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, with Honors, and the Wharton School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has served on various Boards and community organizations over the past twenty years.

Laura brings 17+ years of financial services experience with expertise in equities trading, consulting, and prime brokerage. Previously, Laura worked in a leadership position at Strive, a VC & PE-backed start-up on a mission to maximize shareholder value through a differentiated approach to corporate governance/engagement and is now public bitcoin treasury company. Laura also led the Talent Management team for Bank of America’s Hedge Fund Consulting Group where she executed business initiatives across the industry including business development, business platform optimization, strategic growth, human capital strategy and origination sales. Prior to her experience in prime brokerage consulting, she spent 7 years in equities trading at B of A and Knight Capital Group where she managed institutional and hedge fund client relationships. Laura received her BA in government from Harvard University and was captain of the Division I Hockey Team.

Before joining Thryve - Eric served as Director of Financial Planning at Strive, bringing over 15 years of experience in helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. A Certified Financial Planner™ since 2014, Eric leads Strive’s comprehensive planning efforts across retirement income, legacy & estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance.

Prior to joining Strive, Eric held advisory roles at Fidelity and JPMorgan, as well as regional leadership positions at Hilltop Securities, where he served as both a Planning Consultant and Growth Consultant.

Eric is passionate about delivering high impact, tailored financial strategies that empower clients to achieve long-term prosperity and True Financial Freedom.

Before joining Thryve  - John was a Financial Advisor at Strive Wealth Management, bringing nearly a decade of experience guiding clients through the complexities of financial planning and investment strategy. As an early member of Strive Enterprises since its launch in 2022, John has played a key role in shaping the firm's client-first approach to wealth management.

Before joining Strive, John built a strong foundation at Michigan Financial Companies, where he developed expertise in holistic financial planning, insurance strategies, and retirement solutions. He later expanded his experience at JPMorgan, serving high-net-worth individuals with sophisticated investment and banking strategies.

Nicole has nearly 30 years of wealth management experience in Operations, Client Service & Compliance.  

She has spent much of her time in the Client Service arena having gained experience helping advisors and interacting with clients. During leadership roles in Operations and Compliance she was instrumental in establishing procedures in multiple areas of the business that exemplified the integrity of the companies she worked for.

Her broad experience allows her to assist clients, and the firm navigate the processes of their accounts smoothly and efficiently.  Nicole was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.

Adam has spent his entire career in the wealth management industry, primarily supporting high-net-worth clients and their advisors. With over six years of operational experience at leading firms such as Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan, Adam has played a key role in helping clients navigate their financial needs with precision and care.

In addition to his technical expertise, Adam has held several leadership roles and is committed to advancing Thryve’s goal of empowering high-net-worth individuals to shape their financial futures with confidence. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pepperdine University.
